The jewerly piece will be carefully placed in our uniquely designed box, then it will be securely packed in an outer box for shipping. This item is HAND-CRAFTED and is being made with a lot of love and care. Keep in mind that a slight variation in look and size (0.1-0.2mm) from the photos can be applied.
Please allow 2-3 days for payment to clear.
Items that are in stock usually ship out 24 hours after payment clears.
If demand is high for your specific jewerly piece you may experience a delay in the delivery of your jewelry piece. If so, then please allow 2-3 weeks for the restoccking and shipping of your order.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is on its way.
JDV is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon delivery for items valued over $100.
